Returns + Exchanges


MAU accepts returns or exchanges for full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt and include tracking service.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. MAU reserves the right to refund only upon (a) inspection and (b) in its sole discretion. We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly through our website.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@maujewelry.com.

Shipping
To return your product, email info@maujewelry.com for return authorization and address information.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items shipped should be insured and tracked for the original retail value. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
